Presbyterian Church of Ghana inducts new Clerk of General Assembly
Rev Dr Godwin Nii Noi Odonkor has been inducted into office as the new Clerk of General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana on Sunday 1st December 2019 at the Eben-Ezer Congregation, Osu Accra.
Rev Dr Godwin Nii Noi Odonkor was elected at the 19th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana held at Abetifi Kwahu in the Eastern Region in August this year.
Until his election, he was the District Minister for Kaneshie Congregation. He was also the immediate past Presbytery Chairperson of the Ga Presbytery.
The induction Service was officiated by the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, the Rt Rev Prof Joseph Obiri Yeboah Mante. He was assisted by the outgoing Clerk of the General Assembly Rev Dr Samuel Ayete-Nyampong and the past Principal Officers of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana.
In attendance were friends, family members, and the clergy.
