The Grace Congregation of the Taifa District in the Ga Presbytery has made a significant contribution to the mission work of the church, donating a motorbike to support evangelism under the Agenda 2 Million vision, alongside GHS 62,350.00; representing 10 percent of their 2025 harvest proceeds to the Kutunse Project.

This donation was made in addition to the statutory 10 percent already required on harvest proceeds. The delegation presenting the donation was led by the Taifa District Minister, Rev. Daniel Lawson, accompanied by the Minister-in-Charge of Grace Congregation, Rev. Kwabena Yeboah Mintah, the Senior Presbyter, Mr. Ebenezer Sakyi Bansah, and Presbyter Madam Monica Agyei.

Receiving the gifts on behalf of the Moderator of the General Assembly, the Chairperson of Ga Presbytery, Rev. Col. David Adoteye-Asare, expressed deep appreciation for the congregation’s generosity. “You have demonstrated loyalty and commitment to church projects—number one being evangelism and the second being the Kutunse Project,” he said.

He further appealed to other congregations and districts to emulate Grace Congregation’s example. Explaining the rationale behind the donation, Rev. Kwabena Yeboah Mintah said: “After our annual harvest and having paid all our statutory requirements, we decided out of our own freewill to give 10 percent of our annual harvest proceeds to support the good cause of the Church.

“Hence, the motorbike for evangelism and the cash donation to help continue the work at Kutunse, which is one of the heartbeats of the Moderator.” The Ga Presbytery reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the mission of the PCG and called on all members to actively promote church growth in their congregations and districts.
