Kutunse Project: New photos show further progress
Newly released images of the Kutunse Project show significant progress, with major roofing works completed and external painting advancing across large sections of the building.
The latest photographs by the contractor, David Walter Limited, reveal a structure rapidly transitioning from a construction site into a recognisable institutional facility. The expansive complex now features freshly painted white exterior walls, giving the development a cleaner and more finished appearance than in previous updates.
A major highlight is the roofing work. Large sections of the main building have now been covered with maroon-coloured roofing sheets, a clear indication that the project has advanced beyond the primary structural stage. The roofing extends across major wings of the complex and is transforming the overall appearance of the facility.
The images also show significant progress in window installation, with several sections fitted with dark-framed windows, while work continues on other openings. External plastering and finishing works similarly appear to be nearing completion.
Aerial views reveal the scale of the development, including a spacious central courtyard surrounded by multiple wings. Construction activity remains ongoing within the courtyard area, where structural and finishing works are still underway.
Scaffolding, masonry works and unfinished interior sections remain visible, indicating that contractors are actively working on the next phase of the project. Portions of the roofing framework can also still be seen, suggesting that installation works continue in some areas.
The surrounding grounds remain an active construction zone, with earthworks, drainage channels and site preparation ongoing. Building materials and equipment are visible across the site as work advances steadily. The newly released photographs provide encouraging evidence of the steady progress being made on the Kutunse Project.
