Moderator of PCG pays courtesy call on Okuapemhene and Okuapemhemaa
The Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, the Rt. Rev Prof. Joseph Obiri Yeboah Mante has paid a courtesy call on Okuapehene Oseadeeyo Kwasi Akuffo Ababio III in his palace at Akropong Akuapem.
The courtesy call forms part of the Moderator’s official working visit to the Akuapem Presbytery of the Church. The Moderator began a 10- day working visit to the Presbytery from Wednesday 1st to 10th December 2021. The Moderator also visited Okuapemhemaa Nana Afua Nketia Obuo II
The Moderator also paid a visit to the Municipal Chief Executive for Akuapem North and the District Chief Executive for Okere Hon. Barima Asiedu Larbi and Hon. Daniel Kenneth respectively. He also paid another courtesy call on the Adukrom Traditional Council.
The Moderator was accompanied by the Akuapem Presbytery Chairperson Rev Ismael Dometey Asare, wife of the Moderator, Mrs Florence Mante, the Public Relations Officer of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Rev George Larbi, Ms. Evangelene Amegashie, Akuapem Presbytery Lay Representative on the General Assembly Council of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Rev Edwin Buertey, Presbytery Clerk and some other Ministers within the Presbytery.
