Send off service for out-going staff at General Assembly office

The General Assembly Office of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, (PCG) has held a special send-off service for Directors and the Internal Auditor who have completed their work at the office.

 

They are Rev Ebenezer Nii Armah Ashitey, Director for Ecumenical and Social Relations (ESR), Rev Mrs Esther Ohene Kwafo, Director for Church Life and Nurture (CLAN) and Rev Charles Kusaah, Internal Auditor.

Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana Rt Rev Prof Joseph Obiri Yeboah Mante commended the outgoing Directors and the Internal Auditor for working tirelessly to move the agenda of the Church forward.

He urged them to serve as consultants for the church wherever they may be and continue to ensure that the growth agenda of the Church is realised.

Rev Ashitey served the Church as ESR Director for 6 years, Rev Mrs Esther Ohene Kwafo served the Church as Director for CLAN for 3 years and Rev Charles Kusaah served as Internal Auditor for 6 years.

Present at the service were the Clerk of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Rev Dr Godwin Nii Noi Odonkor, staff at the General Assembly Office and family members of the outgoing Director and the Internal Auditor.

Rev Mrs Esther Ohene Kwafo presented an organ to the office to be used for devotional services.
