Bank of Ghana PCG Members donate to Kutunse Project
Members of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana (PCG) working at the Bank of Ghana Headquarters in Accra have made a financial donation to support the church’s landmark Kutunse Project.
The group, numbering 51, has made its first donation of GHS105,000 towards the construction of the project, which includes a 1,600-seater conference hall and other facilities. The members have pledged to continue supporting the initiative from time to time as part of their commitment to the growth of the church.
Speaking in a brief chat after the donation, the Director of Administration and Human Resource Management, Rev. George Obeng Agyei assured the group of chaplaincy support to strengthen their fellowship and spiritual life at the Bank of Ghana.
Plans are also underway to extend similar ministries to members in other corporate institutions, ensuring that Presbyterians in the workplace remain connected to the mission and vision of the church.
Madam Florence Osafo Kissi, who has been instrumental in mobilising her colleagues at the Bank of Ghana, stated that their contribution is not only a financial gesture but also a demonstration of faith and commitment to the church’s progress.
The donation marks a significant moment in the Kutunse Project fundraising efforts as it highlights the growing role of Presbyterians in corporate institutions in supporting the mission-driven initiatives of the church.
