The Upper Presbytery has organised a comprehensive capacity‑building workshop for media personnel drawn from all 15 districts under the Presbytery. The training, held at the Peniel Congregation on Saturday, 25th April 2026, aimed at equipping district media teams with the skills needed to enhance communication and effectively support the Church’s mission.

Participants were taken through practical sessions in social media management, camera handling, script writing for digital platforms, and issues of privacy and ethical communication. The training recorded strong attendance, reflecting the growing importance of media work in the life and witness of the PCG.

Addressing participants, the Chairperson of the Presbytery, Rev. Roger Awudibah Wegurih, underscored the critical role of media ministry in contemporary evangelism and church administration. He urged the personnel to approach their work with seriousness and dedication, noting that their service is ultimately a contribution to the mission of God through the church.

The Director of Human Resource and Administrative Management, who served as one of the facilitators, encouraged the media personnel to uphold professionalism and diligence in their duties. He emphasised that excellence in media work not only uplifts the image of the Presbytery but also strengthens the overall communication efforts of the PCG. Participants expressed appreciation for the training, describing it as timely and impactful.
