OMT–LiM entrance exam set for Oct. 31
The 2026 Ordained Ministerial Training Licentiate in Ministry (OMT-LiM) entrance examination will take place on Saturday, 31st October 2026, marking another important step in ministerial formation at the Ramseyer Training Centre, Abetifi.
The Clerk of the General Assembly, Rev. David Aboagye‑Danquah, announced this in a circular, noting that the examination will run from 7am to 5pm and will, as usual, cover English Language, General Paper, Old Testament and New Testament.
Candidates are required to pay an examination fee of GH¢600 by Wednesday, 28th October 2026 into the designated Presbyterian Church of Ghana account. They must also report to their centres with a pay‑in slip, a valid ID card and basic writing materials.
As per long‑standing practice, Presbyteries have been grouped into five examination centres across the country and abroad. These include Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School, Legon, Paul Fenteng Memorial Hall, Adum, Sunyani Technical University, and two additional centres for candidates in Europe and North America/Australia, which will be communicated directly to them.
The Clerk expressed confidence in the cooperation of Presbyteries and encouraged full compliance to ensure a smooth and successful examination process.
