Bicentennial spirit fuels Kutunse Project support
The Bicentennial spirit was on full display on Sunday as congregants across the world turned out in numbers to support the Kutunse Project, one of the flagship legacy initiatives of the 200th Anniversary celebrations.
From congregations and preaching points across districts and Presbyteries, members responded generously to the Kutunse Fundraising Day, making financial contributions while proudly dressed in the Church’s Bicentennial attire.
The widespread participation reflected a shared commitment to preserving the Church’s heritage while investing in a lasting legacy for future generations. It also reinforced the Church’s determination to make the Kutunse Project a reality within this generation.
Expressing appreciation for the overwhelming support, the Church commended members for their prayers, sacrificial giving and enthusiastic participation in the fundraising exercise.
“The Presbyterian Church of Ghana says a heartfelt thank you to congregants across all congregations and preaching points for their support, prayers and generous contributions on Kutunse Fundraising Day. Your enthusiastic giving in your beautiful Bicentennial attire truly demonstrated that we excel in the grace of giving. God bless you all,” the Church said in a Facebook post.
The vibrant display of Bicentennial apparel during the fundraising exercise further underscored the unity and sense of purpose that continue to drive the Church’s Bicentennial agenda.
