The Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Jerome Otchere, has donated a range of media equipment to the Unity Congregation at Dome to support its growing media ministry.

The donation included a Dell Core i7 laptop, laptop bag, three high-capacity pen drives, an IT accessories bag, extension cord, ring light with tripod, projector remote presenter, and HDMI/USB Type-C cables. These items were presented to the church’s media team to enhance their work in communication and worship support.

Explaining the motivation behind his gesture, Jerome Otchere recalled that on the first day of his ministerial practical attachment from the Ramseyer Training Centre (RTC) Abetifi last year, the Minister in-charge of the congregation, Rev. Nii Anang Blebo, tasked him with overseeing the media team due to his background in media and communication. On the final day of his six-month attachment, he felt compelled to strengthen the team with the donation.

Rev. Blebo expressed gratitude for the support, praising the church PRO for his technical guidance and generosity. He prayed for God’s blessings on his ministry and work for the church. The initiative aligns with the Presbyterian Church of Ghana’s broader efforts to build media capacity across congregations and presbyteries, recognising the growing importance of media in evangelism and church administration.
