A new official residence (Manse) for the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana (PCG) has been dedicated to the glory of God at the Osu Kukuhill in Accra.

The dedication ceremony which took place on the Holy Saturday, 16th April 2022 brought together some members of the General Assembly Council of the Church, past Principal Officers of the Church, the clergy and church members.

The Moderator of the General Assembly of the PCG, Right Reverend Professor Joseph Obiri Yeboah Mante performed the dedication ceremony. The Clerk of the General Assembly of the PCG Rev Dr. Godwin Nii Noi Odonkor assisted him.

Dedicating the building, the Moderator said, this is the first time the church has constructed an official residence to house the Moderator of the Church.

Some of the high profile personalities at the ceremony were Very Rev Prof. Emmanuel Martey, former Moderator of the Church, Rev Dr. Samuel Ayete-Nyampong, immediate past Clerk of the General Assembly, Rev Herbert Anim Opong former Clerk of the General Assembly and Rev Dr. Abraham Nana Opare Kwakye, Chairperson for the Ga Presbytery, Hon. Seth Terkper former Minister of Finance and some other Presbytery Chairpersons.
