ToT Workshop on Agenda 2 Million
The Department of Mission and Evangelism of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana has organised a one-day Trainer of Trainees (ToT) workshop on Agenda 2 Million for the Ga Presbytery at Hope Congregation, Sakumono.
Under the theme: “Equipping Leaders for the Implementation of Agenda 2 Million,” the workshop brought together participants from various districts within the presbytery, including District Ministers, Lay Representatives, Mission and Evangelism Coordinators, CLAN Coordinators, Ministers in charge, and Catechists.
The workshop aimed to equip leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement Agenda 2 Million effectively. Facilitators for the training included Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Sarbah, Director of Mission and Evangelism, Rev. Dr. Amfo Akonnor, President of the Ministers’ Conference and Rev. Prof. Eric Anum.
Through interactive sessions, participants gained insight into: An overview of Agenda 2 Million, the role of trainers in its implementation, strategies for effective discipleship and expectations of leaders as multipliers of the vision.
The participants actively engaged in discussions, asked questions, and provided suggestions to enhance the implementation of Agenda 2 Million at local and district levels.
The second phase of the Ga Presbytery ToT workshop (Zone Two) is scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Faith Congregation, Shiashie.
