At Garu, Upper Presbytery, the Moderator of the General Assembly, Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Nana Opare Kwakye, has praised the Presbyterian Hospital and Presbyterian Agric Station (PAS) workers for their dedication and resilience calling them “true disciples” not just in their chosen fields of work but also in the mission of the church.
He described the dual dedication of the hospital and PAS office complex as a reflection of PCG’s holistic ministry, meeting both spiritual and physical needs. The Moderator made this remark when he inaugurated the upgraded health facility and the newly. He lauded the staff of Garu Hospital for their sacrificial service, especially during recent conflicts, when they risked their lives to provide care.
He also commended PAS Garu’s Programme Manager, Mr. Obed Asunka, and his team for completing the new office complex, which he said will enhance efficiency and amplify impact in serving farming communities.
“This milestone is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our teams. If our Lord Jesus Christ were walking among us today, this is precisely the kind of sacrificial love and service He would exemplify,” the Moderator declared.
