The Clerk of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Rev. David Aboagye-Danquah, has stated that PCG Connect, a new media engagement platform is to encourage dialogue while strengthening transparency and accountability.
Speaking at the launch at Church House, Osu, Rev. Aboagye-Danquah explained that the initiative will provide regular opportunities for departments of the church to report on their work, receive feedback, and deepen engagement with members and stakeholders.
PCG Connect will also enhance the church’s voice in national development, allowing it to share perspectives on social transformation. The sessions will be interactive, featuring moderated question-and-answer segments with both in-person and virtual participants.
They will be streamed live on PCG TV, social media platforms, and the Church’s website. The first session is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2026, and will continue every third Tuesday of the month. Clerk of the General Assembly expressed gratitude to the media for their partnership, stressing: “Through PCG Connect, the Church will not only communicate more effectively but also create meaningful dialogue, build trust, and inspire greater collaboration in addressing the needs of our communities.”
The launch marks a new chapter in the church’s effort to remain visible, accountable, and engaged with both its members and the wider Ghanaian society.
