The Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Junior Youth Ministry, will officially launch the 5th Anniversary of the National Junior Youth Assembly this Sunday, 29th March 2026, at the Abelenkpe Congregation in Accra.

The launch, themed “Building on the Foundation Already Laid; The Responsibility of the JY Leader” (1 Corinthians 3:10–11; 2 Timothy 1:13–14), sets the stage for the upcoming 5th Annual Junior Youth Leaders National Delegates Assembly, scheduled for Friday 17th – Sunday 19th April 2026 at the Apostolic Church Resource & Retreat Center, Accra.

The Delegates Assembly will bring together Junior Youth leaders from across the country for training, fellowship, and strategic discussions on youth ministry. Key figures expected at the gathering include the Moderator of the General Assembly, Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Nana Opare Kwakye, the Clerk of the General Assembly, Rev. David Aboagye‑Danquah, the National Clan Director, Rev. Andrew Shardow, the GA Presbytery Chairperson, Rev. Col. David Adotey‑Asare, and the National President, Mr. Eric Tawiah.

Organisers say the anniversary and assembly will not only celebrate five years of the National Junior Youth Assembly but also strengthen leadership structures within the Junior Youth Ministry. The events highlight the PCG’s commitment to nurturing disciplined, responsible, and faith‑driven leaders.
