The General Assembly Office of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening its institutions and departments with the dedication and presentation of two new vehicles at the General Assembly Office. One vehicle was allocated to the Ramseyer Training Centre (RTC), Abetifi, and the other to the Education Directorate at the Head Office.

The brief dedication ceremony was led by the Moderator of the General Assembly, Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Nana Opare‑Kwakye, assisted by the Clerk of the General Assembly, Rev. David Aboagye‑Danquah, and members of the Standing Committee of the General Assembly Council. The Moderator offered prayers over the vehicles, committing them to God for safe, purposeful, and impactful use in the life of the Church.

Receiving the vehicle on behalf of RTC, Abetifi, were the Board Chair, Nana Obenewaah Attah Ofori, and the Director, Rev. Gideon Buernor Puplampu. The Board Chair expressed deep appreciation to the church, describing the vehicle as a generous investment that will significantly enhance the centre’s operations and mobility.

The Education Directorate, led by its Director, Mr. Daniel Yeboah Hienno, also received its vehicle with gratitude. He highlighted the importance of the gesture, noting that the Directorate oversees a vast network of Presbyterian schools across the country. The new vehicle, he said, will greatly support supervision, monitoring, and the provision of essential services to schools, thereby strengthening the Directorate’s ability to fulfil its mandate.
