Kutunse Project fundraising day set for May 31
Sunday 31st May 2026 has been announced as the official Kutunse Project Fundraising Day, with a call on all congregations worldwide to unite and give in support of the church’s flagship conference centre construction project.
The announcement was contained in a circular issued by the Clerk of the General Assembly, Rev. David Aboagye‑Danquah, to all congregations and preaching points. The Clerk reminded the church that the Kutunse Project is a legacy project tied closely to the PCG’s ongoing bicentennial anniversary journey.
He stated that the day has been set aside for the entire denomination to “come together in a united effort” to support the construction of the centre. The Clerk urged ministers, and members to demonstrate “a high level of commitment and sacrifice” toward the project, stressing that the collective contributions of the church will play a vital role in bringing the vision to reality.
“We strongly encourage all members to give generously and wholeheartedly,” the Clerk noted, adding that the project will benefit generations to come. Rev. David Aboagye-Danquah called for unity and faith as the church works toward the successful completion of the conference centre, reaffirming the PCG’s commitment to building a Christ‑centred, self‑sustaining, and growing church.
