The Clerk of the General Assembly, Rev. David Aboagye‑Danquah, has announced that the Bicentennial cloth has been fully restocked in both variants and is now available for presbyteries and congregations across the country. The notice, issued in a circular on Monday, follows weeks of high demand as the church prepares for its Bicentennial observances.

Rev. Aboagye‑Danquah urged presbyteries to place their orders as early as possible to ensure smooth distribution ahead of General Assembly Sunday, 16th August 2026, when all Presbyterian Church of Ghana members worldwide will wear the commemorative cloth. He noted that early ordering will help the church achieve uniform participation.

According to the circular, orders are to be made through the Finance Directorate, with payments deposited into the designated bank account. Presbyteries are required to present their deposit slips to facilitate verification and delivery. This process will help streamline dispatch and avoid last‑minute congestion.

The Bicentennial cloth forms part of the church’s wider celebration marking a significant moment in its history, and leadership is encouraging congregations to secure their allocations promptly to ensure full participation in the global observance.
