The Clerk of the General Assembly, Rev. David Aboagye‑Danquah, has praised the growth and impact of PCG Connect, describing it as one of the church’s most effective tools for strengthening transparency, accountability and member engagement.
Addressing the special edition at Abokobi, he traced the journey of PCG Connect from its launch on 17th March 2026 to its current role as a flagship communication platform.
He said PCG Connect was created to bring the work of the church closer to members, the media and the wider public. Since its launch, the platform has hosted the Departments of Social Services, Mission and Evangelism, Education, Administration and Human Resource, and Church Life and Nurture, each offering insights into their work, achievements and challenges.
These engagements, he said, have shown the breadth of PCG’s ministry: touching lives through social services, proclaiming Christ through mission, shaping the future through education, nurturing believers through CLAN, and strengthening governance through administration.
Rev. Aboagye‑Danquah said the special edition focusing on the 26th General Assembly was intended to help members understand the bigger picture; the decisions approved and the direction set for the church. He encouraged Presbyterians to see themselves as part of the General Assembly’s implementation process, saying, “The Assembly has spoken, but the church must now act.”
He added that as the church approaches its Bicentennial celebration, PCG Connect will remain a vital channel for strengthening unity, communication and shared responsibility across the denomination.
