The North America/Australia Presbytery is set to host a special PR/IT Seminar that is expected to bring together key leaders and communication professionals to strengthen the church’s media, technology and public engagement capacity across the diaspora.
The virtual seminar, scheduled for Saturday, 26th September 2026 at 4PM EST (9PM GMT), will be held via Zoom and will feature high‑level participation from the church.
The event is being organised under the leadership of the North America/Australia Presbytery Chairperson, Rev. C. B. Appenteng, and the Presbytery Clerk, Rev. Samuel K. Boateng, who have both championed efforts to enhance the Presbytery’s visibility, digital presence and administrative efficiency.
Two resource persons from the PCG Head Office will lead the training: Mr. Jerome Otchere, Public Relations Officer of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, and Mr. Enoch Narteh, Head of IT. Together, they will guide participants through best practices in church communication, digital media management, information systems, and the strategic use of technology to support mission work.
The seminar aims to equip Presbytery leaders, congregational communicators and IT volunteers with the skills needed to manage modern communication tools, strengthen online engagement, and support the church’s global mission agenda.
