The Akyem Abuakwa Presbytery Young Adult Fellowship (YAF) has demonstrated its commitment to the church’s development agenda with a donation toward two major initiatives, the Presbytery’s One Ghana Cedi Project and the Kutunse Project.
The Fellowship presented GHS1,000 to each project during the Presbytery Council Meeting held in Kyebi last week. Presbytery YAF President Andrews Kyere‑Kwarteng described the gesture as a “widow’s mite,” explaining that the Fellowship was eager to contribute meaningfully to the Presbytery’s strategic efforts and the wider mission of the PCG.
Receiving the donation, the Presbytery Chairperson Rev. Prof. Seth Asare‑Danso expressed deep appreciation to YAF for its thoughtful support and ongoing dedication to the growth of the church. He commended the Fellowship for setting a positive example and encouraged other groups within the Presbytery to emulate their spirit of generosity and commitment.
