The Ramseyer Training Centre (RTC), Abetifi, held its annual Staff Retreat on 9th to 10th January 2026, bringing together staff to prepare spiritually, mentally, and professionally for the year ahead.
The retreat, a key fixture on RTC’s calendar, provided a platform for reflection, renewal, and alignment with the centre’s mandate. Staff were guided through their Terms of Reference, ensuring clarity on roles and responsibilities to promote efficiency and accountability in service delivery.
Addressing participants, the Director of RTC, Rev. Gideon Buernor Puplampu, urged staff to embrace professionalism, excellence, and dedication in their work. He emphasised that quality service is central to advancing the mission of the centre and strengthening its impact.
The retreat ended with a Covenant Service, during which staff reaffirmed their commitment to unity, faith, and shared purpose as they begin the new year. By fostering spiritual renewal and professional focus, the retreat successfully set the tone for 2026, equipping staff to serve with clarity, enthusiasm, and renewed energy.
