100 motorbikes to boost evangelism

One hundred motorbikes to strengthen the Presbyterian Church of Ghana’s evangelism drive under Agenda 2 Million, has been unveiled at a brief ceremony in Kumasi. The bikes are to support the church’s growth strategy aimed at reaching the unreached and discipling them.

The unveiling of the bikes was at the National Evangelism launch at the Ramseyer Congregation, Adum, Kumasi. Of the 100 motorbikes, the General Assembly Office procured 60, while the Asante Presbytery contributed 40, reflecting a shared commitment to resource Agents for effective outreach.

The initiative is expected to enhance mobility, enabling ministers and evangelism teams to penetrate remote communities with the Gospel. The motorbikes are not just logistical tools but part of a broader vision to expand the church’s presence and impact especially in our rural communities.

By equipping evangelism teams with reliable transportation, the PCG hopes to accelerate its mission of discipleship and ensure that no community is left unreached. The Moderator, Rt. Rev. Dr Abraham Nana Opare Kwakye stated that evangelism remains central to the church’s calling, urging members to support the initiative with prayer and resources.
