The Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Nana Opare‑Kwakye, has called on the Ebenezer Congregation at Akyem Teshieman to ensure diligent care and responsible maintenance of their newly dedicated manse.

The Moderator made the appeal during a dedication service held at Teshieman in the Achiase District of the West Akyem Presbytery. Addressing the congregation, the Moderator emphasised that the manse is a sacred investment meant to serve both the present and future ministers of the Church.

“Take good care of the Teshieman manse. Maintain it well. Ensure it is taken care of so that you and other ministers can also come and occupy it,” he urged. He reminded the members that proper stewardship of church property reflects their commitment to supporting the work of God.

The Moderator expressed appreciation to the Chief of Teshieman, Nana Okuambre Achiampong II, for his continuous support to the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. He acknowledged the chief’s collaboration and goodwill as instrumental to the growth of the church in the community.

Following the dedication at Teshieman, the Moderator and his team proceeded to Akyem Manso, where he dedicated the newly completed Unity Congregation chapel, marking another milestone in his pastoral visit to the West Akyem Presbytery.
