All set for PCG Connect Special Edition on 26th General Assembly

The Presbyterian Church of Ghana is poised for a major communication engagement tomorrow, Tuesday, 25th August 2026, as a special edition of PCG Connect goes live at the Zimmerman Congregation, Abokobi.

The broadcast will offer members a closer, more insightful look into the work and decisions of the 26th General Assembly, presenting key outcomes in clear and accessible ways for Presbyterians across the country and beyond.

Beginning at 10am, the conversation will be led by Clerk of the General Assembly, Rev. David Aboagye‑Danquah; Akropong District Minister and Chief Recorder at the General Assembly, Rev. Kingsley Kweku Gyekye; Ga Presbytery Lay Representative, Mrs. Eunice Naa Yeye Ocloo; and Legal Officer of the church, Richard Dua‑Ansah, Esq.

The panel will unpack the General Assembly decisions, discuss administrative reforms, clarify legal matters and address other governance issues. With support from PCGTV, the broadcast will be streamed live across the church’s digital platforms, enabling Presbyterians from Accra to the diaspora to follow the discussions in real time.

Members are encouraged to engage actively by sharing comments and reflections as the church continues to strengthen transparency and open communication. This special edition reflects the communication direction outlined in the Clerk’s report to the General Assembly, which described PCG Connect as one of the church’s “new kids on the block”, a platform introduced to deepen engagement and improve information flow.
