To enhance mobility and strengthen outreach efforts, the Western Presbytery has donated five motorcycles to support evangelism across its districts. The presentation was made by the Presbytery Chairperson, Rev. Dr. Appiah Asamoah, on behalf of the General Assembly Council.
The motorcycles were handed over to five districts within the Presbytery, each earmarked for use by district mission teams to reach unreached and remote communities. Rev. Dr. Asamoah emphasised that the donation is part of a broader strategy to empower mission teams with the tools they need to operate effectively in the field.
“This is not just about transportation—it’s about taking the gospel to places where it’s needed most,” he said. The gesture has been widely welcomed by district leaders and mission coordinators, who praised the Presbytery’s proactive approach to mission work.
With improved mobility, teams are expected to intensify their outreach programmes, conduct regular follow-ups, and engage more with communities that have previously been difficult to access.
