The Presbyterian Relief Services and Development (PRESED) Club 100 has convened in Kumasi under the theme “Celebrating our heritage, building on the foundation already laid” (1 Corinthians 3:11), to reaffirm its commitment to sustainable development and community transformation.
The Club 100 is a dedicated network of individuals who contribute annually to support PRESED’s mission. Their efforts have fueled impactful work in Disaster Management, Economic Justice, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Youth Entrepreneurship across communities in Ghana.
The gathering served as both a strategic reflection and a call to action, stressing the importance of consistent support to ensure PRESED’s long-term effectiveness. Organisers highlighted the Club’s role in creating a reliable funding stream that empowers the organisation to respond swiftly and meaningfully to community needs.
As part of the event, PRESED presented a plaque to the Asante Presbytery in recognition of its instrumental role in mobilising members since 2019. The Presbytery was encouraged to continue engaging with PRESED’s initiatives, especially those focused on youth development.
