Volta Presbytery Brings Gospel to the Streets
The Volta Presbytery has brought vibrant worship and evangelism to bustling marketplaces and streets as part of its Annual Emergency Month of Evangelism.
The Mission and Evangelism Department, in collaboration with four districts, organised a weeklong dynamic Live Band Music Evangelism campaign across Akosombo, Asikuma Junction, Jaupong, Akrade/Senchi, and Sapor. The initiative, held during the 2025 Music Week, featured spirited performances by the Volta Presbytery Crusaders Music Team.
Accompanied by powerful Word ministrations from District Mission and Evangelism Coordinators, District Ministers, and leaders of the Presbytery Women’s Fellowship, the campaign drew enthusiastic responses from both buyers and sellers in the various locations.
Rev. Emmanuel Kwame Adofo, Director of Mission and Evangelism for the Volta Presbytery, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the outreach.
He noted the joy and engagement witnessed during the campaign and encouraged the Presbytery Women’s Fellowship to adopt and expand the live band evangelism model next year.
