Kumasi Ramseyer Congregation new manse dedicated

The Ramseyer congregation of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana on Sunday 20th February 2022 dedicated its newly constructed District Minister’s manse in Kumasi.

The edifice which consists of five bedrooms and auxiliary facilities, was financed by the members of the church and individuals.

The new Manse

It was dedicated by the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church, Rt Rev. Prof. Joseph Obiri Yeboah Mante and assisted by the Chairperson of the Asante Presbytery, Rev. Benson Osafo Knatanka, the Kumasi District Minister, Rev. Dr. Anokye Nkansah and a host of other ministers of the Church.

Handing over the edifice to the church, Rt.  Rev. Prof. Mante urged the leadership of the church to maintain the edifice properly for the purpose of which it was built and dedicated.

The Moderator commended the church members and the leadership for their support and commitment towards the construct of the manse.

He praised the leadership and members of the Congregation for exhibiting unity which had helped in pooling resources to build the manse.

The Moderator encouraged members of the church to reach out to people with the message of salvation, the reason for which Christ came into the world.

The dedication of the Maanse coincided with the Pastoral visit of the Moderator to the Asante Presbytery which started on Thursday February 17, 2022. The Moderator worshiped with the Ramseyer Congregation and preached the sermon. It was all joy when the whole congregation met the Moderator amidst chanting of hymns and singing of choruses.
