The Presbyterian Church of Ghana will hold a joint orientation next week for newly elected members of the General Assembly Council (GAC) and newly elected Presbytery Clerks, offering them a structured introduction to their roles, responsibilities and the governance systems of the church.

The programme runs from Monday, 24th August to Thursday, 27th August 2026, and is designed to equip the new office‑bearers with the knowledge, skills and institutional grounding required for effective service.

The orientation opens on Monday, 24th August, with arrival at 4pm., followed by a formal opening at 7pm. Both groups will participate in joint sessions and separate training modules tailored to their respective offices.
